Can anyone elaborate on the Art & Collectibles Track? Does a new collection with metaplex integration fall into scope?

    We have build and lauched our NFT Collection Skulls WTF during the hackathon.
    Where does the public voting take place is the number one question from our community now?
    Looking forward to see other Collections that we are competing against...
